Your Day

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Handle telephone duties, including answering and directing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to maintain an organized and productive office environment.
  • Prepare and maintain employee paperwork, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

About You

  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong level of discretion, professionalism, personal ownership, and attention to detail.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required to qualify for this position.

Shift and Pay:

  • Sunday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Wednesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • $18.00/Hour.
