Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a Receptionist in Manteca, CA. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes answering phones and keeping up to date all files. Monday to Friday paying $17.00/hour.
Day to Day:
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Perform data entry.
- Assisting walk-ins
- Help with paperwork tasks, such as filing and preparing reports
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay and Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
