Our client, a leading AV solutions company based in Richardson, TX, specializing in providing top-notch audiovisual, digital signage, control systems, AR & VR, gaming, and presentation solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated AV Technician to join their team. Contribute to the seamless installation and maintenance of AV equipment and displays for their clients. As an AV Technician, you will play a crucial role in the successful installation of various AV equipment and systems.

The Day-to-day:

• Participating in the installation of AV solutions, including distributed audio, digital signage, control systems, AR & VR setups, gaming consoles, and presentation systems.
• Collaborating with the installation team to ensure timely and accurate setup of AV equipment at client locations.
• Executing proper wiring and termination techniques to ensure high-quality audio and video output.
• Working independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations.
• Traveling to client locations as required, spending approximately 5 days a week on the road for installations and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to travel to client locations and be on the road for approximately 5 days a week.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive relationships within the team and with clients.
• Capacity to make sound judgments within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
• Strong independent work ethic, with the capability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in wiring and termination techniques, as well as a solid understanding of proper installation practices for various AV equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with team members and clients.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $22.00 to $25.00 /hr
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
