Our client, a well-established supplier of screen printing, heat transfer, and signage supplies and equipment in Santa Ana, CA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be providing great customer service to customers and handle inquiries among other tasks. Monday to Friday paying $17.00/hour.

Your Day:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

About You:

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Pay and Shift:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • $17.00/per hour
