We are looking to hire a Warehouse Order Picker for our clients in the Harrisburg, Camp Hill, and Enola PA area. The ideal candidate would need at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, especially with order picking of car parts or mechanical supplies. Responsibilities would include accurately picking orders from inventory shelves or storage bins based on customer orders.

The Day-to-Day:

• Replenish stock on picking shelves as needed to ensure a continuous supply of products for order fulfillment.
• Inspect products for damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed, ensuring items are stacked and secured properly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and wearing appropriate safety gear

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1 - 2 Years Order Picking and Car Parts experience
• Ability to read and understand order lists, pick tickets, and instructions
• Familiarity with using scanning devices and warehouse management systems to track inventory
• Physical ability to lift, sort, and transport packages and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in picking and organizing orders
• Familiarity with safety rules and regulations in a warehouse environment
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Basic math skills to verify quantities, weights, and measurements

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $15.00 /hr
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
