Do you want to be an integral part of a National Staffing Agency? Great Entry-Level Recruiter - Bilingual opportunity for a career-minded individual looking to get their foot in the door. You will be performing activities in human resources from recruiting new hew hires to retaining existing hires. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of national clients to ensure service and staffing levels are being met.

The Day to Day:

• Build and maintain an excellent partnership through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client’s staffing needs
• Recruit and retain a talent pool of qualified candidates to ensure a high level of order fulfillment at all times
• Screen and identify candidates aligned with specific job requirements
• Provide timely and accurate reporting as required by client at all times
• Conduct thorough orientation with contingent workforce in accordance with client’s requirements, policies & procedures
• Build, maintain and foster client relationship with client management team

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – English and Spanish required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 -3 years Recruiting, Customer Service or Hospitality experience
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent oral & written communication skills required
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relations

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $40,000 to $45,000 /per yr
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
