We are seeking a reliable, and motivated Assembler for our client in Sterling, MA. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the assembly of various electronic and mechanical components. This job starts at $15.00 /hr.

The Day-to-Day:

• Perform the assembly of a wide range of components, including cables, wires, connectors, and various electronic and mechanical parts, following precise assembly instructions.
• Strictly follow clean room protocols to maintain a sterile and controlled environment. This includes practicing good hygiene and wearing appropriate gowning, hair nets, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work diligently to meet or exceed daily production goals, contributing to the efficient operation of the assembly line.
• Conduct thorough product testing to ensure the quality and functionality of assembled components. Make necessary adjustments or repairs as required to meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in assembly or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $15.00 /hr
• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
