We are seeking a reliable, and motivated Warehouse Associate (Racker) for our client in Wilmington, CA. As a Warehouse Associate (Racker), you will play a crucial role in the production department by performing various tasks, including sorting, racking, loading, unloading, and palletizing. Your responsibilities will also extend to participating in plant setup, clean-up, and other related duties as needed to support production operations. This job pays $17.50 /hr.

The Day-to-Day:

• Move racking to and from designated areas by pushing and pulling.
• Safely and promptly deliver products to assigned locations.
• Retrieve products from specified storage locations.
• Assist in the setup and takedown of conveyor belts as instructed by production management.
• Utilize a pallet jack to transport and distribute products as required for specific tasks.
• Accurately label various boxes and cases following company policies and guidelines.
• Palletize a variety of product lines, including shrink wrapping.
• Open and place raw materials onto conveyor belts.
• Segregate products on conveyor belts or tables based on grade, color, and size, and pack them into containers or onto designated conveyors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a warehouse or with racking systems is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10's and 100's.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $17.50 /hr
• Monday to Friday (weekend availability may be required)
• Shift starts at 7:00 AM, with potential variations depending on workload
