Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for an On-Site Supervisor to join their Support Services team near Baltimore, MD. If you enjoy connecting with others, building relationships, and have a passion for customer service, then we are looking for you!

Your Day

• Effectively communicate with both clients and employees about current projects and job-related issues
• Conduct onboarding and job training for new personnel.
• Ensure timekeeping and other client procedures are being followed.
• Schedule employees and coordinate work assignments
• Review open invoices
• Maintain a safe work environment

About You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and display excellent time management
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Strong communicator, both verbally and written
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay Rate & Shift:

• $50,000 per year
• Monday to Thursday - 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
