Our client sells luxury goods throughout the country, and it is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join the team in Vineland, NJ. You will be leading the team while performing other tasks. This is a Monday to Friday. The compensation for this position is $19.00 an hour.

Your Day:

• Performs tasks of picking, packing, shipping, put away, cycle counting and returns
• Train new hires and re-train where needed
• Assists with resolving discrepancies related to picks, orders, shipping, and stock
• Collaborates with leadership, and provides directions on daily tasks to associates
• Assists leadership with promoting a positive message, and improving employee moral
• Promote safety, reporting safety concerns and leading by example
• Use SAP for stock checks
• Various Microsoft Excel related tasks related to reporting, in a back-up role
• Perform assigned task in a safe, accurate and efficient manner

About You:

• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold conditions.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience working in a distribution environment preferred
• Experience with WMS preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs a MUST

• Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Some OT as needed)
