We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the production of kitting items within our clients facility in Westampton, NJ. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong background in managing small teams.

This is a Contract to Hire Opportunity.

Your Day:

• Supervise a team of 4-5 employees during the 2nd shift production of kitting items.
• Ensure that all production processes are executed efficiently and according to established standards.
• Monitor and manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members to maximize their performance and potential.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of materials and information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management in both Spanish and English.

About You:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks, such as sit-down electric or stand-up reach forklifts, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• $18.00 - $20.00
