We are currently seeking an exceptional Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our client's team in Westampton, NJ. You will l play a vital role in providing hands-on support to their customers seeking third-party logistics services. This position requires previous experience in warehousing and the ability to oversee and train a team of up to 20 customer service associates.


  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and logistics requirements.
  • Oversee, mentor, and train a team of up to 20 customer service associates, ensuring they meet performance goals and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Utilize previous warehousing experience to assist customers in finding the right logistics solutions and understanding their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective logistics processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues or disputes promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Generate reports on customer service performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehousing and logistics is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Pay and Shift:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • $22.00
