Our client, a pump equipment distributor in Edison, NJ is looking for an Office Clerk to join their talented team. This candidate will be fundamental for the performance of the company. The person will be handling all communications, interacting with suppliers, vendors, colleagues, and customers maintaining professional poise. This job is Monday to Friday.

 

Your Day:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing filing system
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Interact with suppliers, vendors, colleagues, and customers maintaining professional poise
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

About You:

  • High school diploma or associates degree
  • Basic computer skills to complete tasks (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to write clearly
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license

 

Pay Rate & Shift:

  • Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • 17.00/hour
