Production Associate

Our client, a food and ag-tech company in Gilbert, AZ We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Production Associate for their expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of the production team, ensuring the production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. This position is Monday to Friday 

Your day:

• Monitor plant control systems and adjust as needed.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
• Initiate bioreactor harvest and adjust downstream processing equipment parameters to optimize recovery.
• Bottle, package and prepare pallets and totes of product for shipment.
• Fulfill sales orders by prepping and staging product for shipment to customers.

About You:

• Ability to read and follow procedural documents.
• Willingness to work weekends and early mornings.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Office equipment
• Excellent Math Skills
• Previous experience in Chemistry/Biology/ wastewater treatment plant or agricultural environment is a plus

Pay Rate & Shift 

• Monday to Friday (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM) 
• When OT is required, must be willing to start as early as 3:00 AM
• $20.00 - $24.00 DOE
