Customer Service Representative

Our client in Chandler, AZ a very well-known full-service credit card processing provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will handle outbound calls via an auto-dialer system by providing outstanding service to their customers and resolving problems by clarifying the customer’s issues. This job is Monday to Friday and pays $15.00 to $16.00/hour.

Your Day:

• Educate prospects of company product with the goal of scheduling appointments for the Sales Reps.
• Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s issues
• Support business to business interaction
• Produce reports for customers as requested and report any inconsistencies

About You:

• Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills
• Familiar with computers a plus
• Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension

Pay Rate & Shift:

• Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00PM)
• $15.00 to $16.00
