Our client, a foam manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA is looking for an Office Manager to join their talented team. This person will be responsible for overseeing office staff and Improving policies and procedures. This job is Monday to Friday and pays $30 to $35/hour.
· Overseeing office staff and making sure that assignments and goals are completed
· Working with department budgets, scheduling repair work, coordinating office purchases, creating financial spreadsheets, and working with other managers and department heads.
· Improving policies and procedures.
· organizing work schedules and performing staff evaluations.
· Organizing department or company-wide activities, handling work-related problems, training your support staff, interviewing potential new-hires, reviewing office documents, and managing inventory.
· Being Bilingual is a plus
· Strong computer knowledge
· Close attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
· Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
· Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
· Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
Shift and Pay Rate:
· $30 to $35/hour
