Production Supervisor

Our client, a rapidly growing LED lighting manufacturing & distribution business, is looking for a Production Supervisor in Chatsworth, CA. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate handling of merchandise as well as developing and implementing goals. You will earn $60,000 /yr working Monday - Friday in this position.

Your Day:

• Oversee the Productions & Reworks/modifications process and team
• Review orders and identify the requirements for productions, reworks and instruct team
• Ensure orders are prioritized, pulled and packed in a timely accurate manner
• Evaluates daily shipment schedules while strategizing and prioritizing a daily work schedule to meet company and customer delivery shipping requirements
• Conduct meetings with warehouse, customer service, sales, and purchasing team
• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team

About You:

• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• Preferable experience in Lighting Fixtures production
• IT skills, especially using data analysis software
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
• Proficient in the English language (verbal and written), Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Pay Rate & Shift:

• $60,000 /yr
• Monday - Friday (weekend availability)
• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
