Accounting / Costing Specialist

Our client, high-end designer, screen printer and producer of branded and private label apparel in Orange County is looking for an Accounting / Costing Specialist to join their talented team. This person will be responsible for extensive data entry and will be calculating and entering pricing/invoice data from orders processed, for correct costing. This position is Monday to Friday and pays $21/$23.

Your Day:

·      Calculating and entering pricing/invoice data from orders processed, for correct costing

·      Interface with internal department members to get needed information

·      Extensive use of Microsoft and Outlook systems

·      Analyze data and provide clear reporting and feedback in relations to data being presented

·      Identify discrepancies and communicate verbally when identified pricing differences occur

About You:

·       Knowledge of general accounting practices

·       Advanced written, verbal communication skills

·       Strong multi-task and organization required

·       Computer literate (proficient Excel/spreadsheets)

·       Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate & Shift:

·       Monday to Friday

·       $21/$23.
