Customer Service Representative

Our client, a security solutions company in City of Industry, CA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will be providing outstanding service to their customers and resolving problems by clarifying the customer’s questions. This job is Monday to Friday and pays from $18.00 to $22.00.

Your Day:

• New Customer Acquisition
• Cold Calls (Prospecting Security Integration companies across the USA via Phone and Email)
• Follow up calls and emails
• Project Design and Estimating
• Technical Support and Customer Service

About You:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension

Pay Rate & Shift:

• Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• $18.00 to $22.00
