Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading laboratory testing provider, is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Eatontown, NJ to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. $20/hour
Your Day:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Communicate with doctor's offices and patients via the phone
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Report to the state with records about the medical offices
- Call in positive cases into medical offices
About You:
- At least an Associate's Degree or higher required
- Previous experience with data entry and CRM systems
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Pay Rate & Shift:
- $20.00 /hour
- Monday - Friday, Saturday rotation when needed
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Weekends only Available
