Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is looking for Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for direct contact with customers and internal support of as well as the integrity and accuracy of all employee records and data. This is a Hybrid role and pays $20.00.
Your Day:
- Answer P&C customers’ (employees, vendors, business partners, managers) questions on a variety of topics, including benefits, payroll, taxes, absence, time, compensation
- Resolve Tier 1 employee requests ensuring exceptional customer service satisfaction
- Document all inquiries, issues and transactions using the case management system
- Manage incoming case triage and assignment
- Primary for communication management from the group to company employees, including answering questions that are submitted regarding communications
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established SLA requirements
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field or equivalent work experience
- HR Generalist (preferred)
- 1 to 2 years of related HR experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Pay Rate and Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid role (3 days Onsite, 2 days remote)
- $20.00
