Our client, a growing company in San Fernando, CA is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. You will be managing front desk by answering telephone, screening and directing phone calls. This job is Monday to Friday and pays $16.00 to $18.00

Your Day:

  • Managing front desk by answering telephone, screening and directing phone calls 
  • Greeting all visitors in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Assisting with orders and answering customer inquiries
  • Data Entry and Filing
  • Process customer returns
  • Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries 
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other functions as assigned or as the situation requires


About You:

  • Adaptable team player who can work independently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist and/or customer service position
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Need to have strong customer service skills
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Pay Rate and Shift:

  • Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • $16.00 to $18.00
