Administrative Assistant
Our clients, large companies in in Jacksonville, FL are looking for Administrative assistant for several of their job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be comfortable in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel for data entry, great attention to detail, and is comfortable in an office or warehouse setting.
Your Day:
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Reviewing and updating data in our Warehouse Management System
- Maintaining electronic and physical files
- Interacting with internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person
- Reviewing BOLs and CODs
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
About You:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Pay Rate and Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- ?7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- $15.00 to $17.00
