Machine Technician

Our client, a family owned and operated company that has been proudly growing, packing, shipping, and distributing premium avocados for 35+ years is looking for a Machine Technician in Inspector near Dallas, TX. You will conduct oversee preventative maintenance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Your Day:

• Program bagging machines to meet customer specification of a finish good such as film, netting, and label specifications.
• Oversee preventative maintenance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform general and technical repairs that include part replacement, calibrations, and electrical repairs.
• Pre-staging machines with new customer information.
• Load new customer information into the system.
• Ensure finish goods meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality control staff for verification and inspections.

About You:

• Knowledge of power tools including drills, wrenches, screw drivers, tool measurements.
• Team player but also can work independently
• Understanding of basic computer skills and data entry.
• 1-3 years produce knowledge preferred.
• Basic Electrical knowledge (test voltage, find short circuit, and strip cables).

Pay Rate and Shift:

• Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm)
• $18.00
