Our client, a logistics provider that offers superior customer service coupled with a strong network of carriers is looking for a Administrative Assistant in Paramus, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Make travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. You will earn $23.00 - $25.00 /hr working Monday - Friday.

Your Day:

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

About You:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay Rate & Shift:

- $23.00 - $25.00 /hr

- Monday - Friday (Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days remote)

- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
