Program Director

Our client is looking for a skilled Program Director in Oakland, CA to join their thriving team. You will successfully execute several projects and initiatives for the organization and assist the executive leadership team with stakeholders and community partners.

About You:

- Provides leadership in the development and implementation of supervisory team

- Support communities to meet the needs of the participates, while reducing incarceration, recidivism, racial and ethnic disparities, and related social and fiscal costs

- Assists with the allocation of resources to achieve timely outcomes and measurable goals within program budgets

- Planning, scheduling, and strategizing about program goals

- Assist the executive leadership team with communication with the public and the media on programmatic, school, justice facilities and community issues

About You:

- A bachelor’s degree in social work, business management, project management, or a related field

- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a program director in the nonprofit sector

- Skilled at creating, analyzing, and managing budgets

- Forward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills

- Leadership potential and excellent relationship-building abilities

- Must be willing to complete and pass a Criminal Background Check

- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or you must request an exemption

Pay Rate and Shift:

- Monday - Friday

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- $65 to 70k
