Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Our client, a privately owned plastic thermoforming company, is looking for a Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Oxnard, CA. In this role you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.75 /hour.

Your Day:

- Scheduling shipments and planning logistics and preparing paperwork for shipments using IQMS and other systems

- Packaging items and products while checking orders for accuracy.

- Tracking and updating the status of shipments

- Operating warehouse equipment, in particular a gas or electric forklift in and between departments, building and grounds

- Assisting with organizing and cataloging inventory

- Coordinating same day shipments in a timely manner

- Able to lift or move 25 to 50 pounds and work in temperature-controlled environment from 34°F – 42°F

About You:

- High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant experience

- Ability to be flexible with hours

- Effective interpersonal communication skills

- Experienced in Microsoft Office

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

- Forklift experience (Preferred)

- Knowledge of AS400/inventory systems (Preferred)

Pay Rate & Shift:

- $17.00 - $19.75 /hr

- Monday - Saturday

- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday

- 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday-Friday

- 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday
