Our client, a company that started in the small kitchen of their founder's home, is looking for an Office Shipping Clerk in Santa Ana, CA, Anaheim, CA, and Buena Park, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking the status of shipped orders, and filing claims with carriers if issues occur. Communicate with warehouse employees regarding the shipping schedule. You will earn $24.00 - $30.00 /hr working Monday - Friday.

Your Day:

  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading)
  • clerical position
  • Review purchase order and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Familiar with EDI or have a willingness to learn

About You:

  • Have general knowledge of communicating with carriers via email/phone.
  • Able to use calculator for basic conversions and calculations
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Pay Rate & Shift:

  • $24.00 - $30.00
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
