Customer Service Representative
Our client, an award-winning transportation company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Mira Loma, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for all DOT compliance and fleet maintenance record keeping, fuel receipts, DOT/safety audits. You will earn $20.00 /hr working Monday - Friday.
Your Day:
- Assist with DOT/SAFETY/Transportation/CSR/Brokerage
- Maintaining integrity and confidentiality throughout all functions, successfully implementing a fleet maintenance program
- Manage safety programs and training, capable of conducting competitive bidding for potential local truckload business
- Negotiating group insurance rates for Owner-operators, documenting and conducting driver performance reviews, investigating service failures
- Maintain compliance for all Owner and Company drivers, knowledge of hiring and maintaining driver’s files/record keeping, capable of maintaining all personnel files
About You:
- Knowledge in the 3PL environment, computer literacy, and excel is needed
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and fleet maintenance and record-keeping, plus fuel receipts
- Must be capable of maintaining all personnel files
- The ability to multi-task, working independently and as a team, assist in the dispatch department as needed with updates
- DOT/SAFETY/Transportation/CSR/Brokerage- KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
Pay Rate & Shift:
- $20.00
- Monday - Friday (must have a flexible schedule)
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Temp to hire
