Our client, a large logistics company in Carson, CA is looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, greeting visitors, and assisting clients.


Your Day:


  • Answer phones and greet drivers warmly.
  • Assist in filing duties.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties with Microsoft Exel.
  • Reroute outbound loads to appropriate people.
  • Help organize office activities.
  • Print Outbound bills for Drivers
  • Assign seals and check out drivers
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • Take and deliver messages.
  • Perform data entry.


About You:


  • Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Attention to detail.


Pay Rate & Shift:


  • $17.00
  • Wednesday to Saturday
  • 4 days a week
