Customer Service Representative
Our client, a large commercial locking distributor in the North Raleigh, CA, is seeking Customer Service Representative to join their team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Calling existing customers to see if they need additional products or services
- Inform customers of new products and ensure they are happy with previous purchases
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Prepare account review for management
- Communicate through email, phone, and fax
- Must have customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong customer service and telephone skills
- Good with computers
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
