Our client, a furniture installation company in Union City, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. You will be coordinating between clients and PAC project managers to schedule projects and labor daily. This job is Monday to Friday and Pays $30.00.
- Coordinate Job requirements and PAC warehouse for product pulls and deliveries.
- Ensure information and paperwork is complete and understandable for lead installers who will be directing the work the following day.
- Account management of small single day projects/tasks. This includes the ability to be a point of contact or account manager for small projects/tasks.
- Post daily paperwork review for task information and employee time keeping. Compare and confirm employee time keeping and task categories for Payroll.
- Use of cloud-based business management software to schedule labor, projects, and dispatch of employees.
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook required.
