Do you want to work for a long-standing, US commercial bank valuing in putting its customers first? If so, Let's talk! Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager. In this role, you would be responsible for but not limited to providing leadership and oversight in executing projects from planning to completion.

Your Day to Day:

  • Manage all aspects of project charter development to completion, including documenting business needs, defining impact on all existing processes, and obtaining appropriate reviews/approvals.
  • Advise about strategic and operational items within the project charter, business case and throughout the project meetings.
  • Ensure all project documentation is conveyed to the relevant stakeholders on time.
  • Identify, monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and manage changes as necessary.
  • Plan, schedule and control activities to fulfill identified objectives applying the technical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements.
  • Plan and implement moderate to some complex project plans and budgets.
  • Facilitate the development of processes/metrics to measure project results.
  • Monitor post-project activities to determine the success of the project; develop and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Assist with the design of project-related enhancements by benchmarking processes and recommending methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and re-engineer existing workflows as necessary.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Experience of 5-8 years in business analysis and/or project management.
  • Analytical, organized, multi-taskers with business knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • PMI certification preferred.

Pay Rate & Shift:

  • $65.00 to $78.00 /hr
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
