Our client, a leading retail and commercial bank, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience for our employers and partners via telephone, chat, and email. While providing interim clerical support to the Loss Mitigation department.

Your Day to Day:

  • Resolve partner support through case management in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently process changes to existing employer setups, by request
  • Create, maintain, or update procedures as assigned by Manager
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Monitor and research internal audit reports
  • Meet or exceed quality, efficiency, and productivity expectations

About Day:

  • High School / GED required.
  • Prior experience providing administrative support
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Quick and efficient data entry skills required
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Adaptability to prioritize workload and frequently transition from customer relations to operational tasks

Pay Rate & Shifts:

  • $18.00 /hr
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
