Our client, a large manufacturing company, is in search of a Warehouse Administrative Clerk in North Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and records keeping of both incoming & outgoing products. You will earn $19.00 /hr working Monday - Friday.

Your Day:

  • Scan and file customer invoices
  • Filing accounting and other company documentation
  • Answers the mainline and directs calls to appropriate parties
  • Creation of all FedEx parcel shipments and pick up appointments
  • Process vendor invoices for payment, matching invoices with receiving documents
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquires

About You:

  • Must have QuickBooks experience
  • Bilingual
  • Attention to detail

Pay Rate and Shift:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • $19.00
