Do you have experience in customer service? If so, our client, in Camarillo, CA is hiring for a position as an Order Entry Coordinator. In this role, you will collect coded customer purchase orders from customer service. You will earn $17.00 /hr working Monday to Friday.

Your Day to Day:

  • Scan orders for special handling information and special requests
  • Enter orders in industries add comments and or special instructions and create jobs
  • Facilitate with international order entry and check orders for accuracy and pricing
  • Distribute orders to the warehouse
  • Custom route all orders per customer instructions and send order acknowledgement
  • Provide duplicate packing ships or acknowledgment to customers as needed

About You:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
  • Attention to detail while being well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized

Pay Rate & Shift:

  • $17.00 /hr
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
