A place like no other with a purpose, then this is the company for you as a Human Resources Assistant. In this position, the ideal applicate would be responsible for but not limited to assisting with special projects as assigned and providing general support to the HR Manager/General Manager and team. Compensation for this position is $20.00 /hr working Monday to Friday!

**Bilingual – Spanish (REQUIRED)**

Your Day:

  • Provide support to Distribution Center employees
  • Maintain accurate and consistent employee and other related HR files.
  • Answer general employee questions regarding benefit plans and eligibility guidelines.
  • Handle and/or direct employee inquiries regarding various company policies.
  • Assist HR team with building events and associate recognition programs
  • Maintain and update building communication channels and board with relevant current events and postings
  • Ensure timely paperwork processing
  • Manage Distribution Center lobby area

About You:

  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
  • Clear communication and professional interpersonal skills, with an innovative and proactive spirit that adapts quickly to a distribution environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
  • Bilingual – Spanish (REQUIRED)

Pay Rate & Shifts:

  • $20.00 /hr
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
