Our client, a company that has been providing cold storage and distribution of frozen foods to people in Hawaii for over 60 years, is currently looking for an Office Clerk in Oakland, CA that is helpful and an effective communicator to join their team. You will be working Monday to Friday.
- Answering incoming calls forwarding to the appropriate person
- Help with appointments
- Assist with paperwork (manifesting, making copies, etc)
- Basic knowledge with e-mails (Microsoft outlook)
- Basic knowledge with excel spreadsheets
- Inputting data abilities
Pay Rate and Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
