Our client, a company that provides retail merchandising solutions, is looking to hire an Account Services Coordinator to join their team in Union City, CA. You will be assisting account management team with various Excel reports and distribution lists. You will be working Monday to Friday with a compensation of $20.00 an hour. Apply now!

Your Day:

  • Generate and process shipping memos and work with shipping department to get out client prototypes and other items
  • File and Organized paperwork for Account Management Team
  • Call Stores directly and speak to Team Members, Operations Member or Store Manager to Clarify
  • Supply shipping information and write up shipping memos

About You:

  • Experience with outlook ,word , and excel
  • Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have strong verbal and writing skills

Pay Rate and Shift:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • $20.00
