Our client is a large logistics company based in Paramus, NJ that focuses in offering competitive and comprehensive solutions to clients without compromising personal service. Their are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their valuable team. You need to be passionate to grow and learn about the logistics business. This is a Hybrid position from Monday to Friday with a great compensation that goes up to $50k.

Your day may look like this:

  • Experience in P&L Analysis
  • Daily Bank Reporting (BBC)
  • Data importing into NetSuite System for multiple companies
  • Mail Distribution if Necessary
  • Resolution of Operational issues
  • Experience in Communicating with Customers and Vendors
  • Reporting for inter-company transactions

Requirements and skills:

  • BA Accounting
  • 10 Key touch savvy
  • ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • MS Office skills required
  • Oracle's Net Suiter preferred

Pay Rate and Shift:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 2 days home 3 days in the office
  • $45k to $50k
