Customer Service Representative
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their logistics company in Monroe, NJ. In this position, you will be responding to all customer inquiries via phone and email. Monday to Friday paying $18.00 to $20.00/hour.
Your Day:
- Responds to all customer inquiries via phone and email concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts and etc.
- Generates all paperwork/information required for customer work orders including checking on special requests, expediting orders where necessary, tracking orders and post inventory records.
- Daily communication with assigned warehouse personnel.
- Daily use of MS Excel.
- Reports customer feedback to management
About You:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel - will be tested on skill level
- Microsoft Dynamics - a plus but not needed.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail.
Pay and Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $18.00 - $20.00
