Receiving Associates

Our client, an internationally known retail giant, is seeking Receiving Associates for their distribution center on the north side of Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you would be manually unloading shipments of household goods, staging products on the docks, using RF scanners to log inbound orders, and moving materials around the warehouse using pallet jacks and dollies.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• $15.85 /hr
• Sunday to Thursday; 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM
• Friday to Sunday; 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Your Day-to-Day:

• Unloading products from container trucks, by hand
• Staging product on the docks for placement in storage areas
• Logging order updates using RF scanners
• Working as a team to move materials throughout the warehouse using carts/dollies

Qualifications:

• No experience required but the position can be very physical (standing/walking for 8 - 12 hours daily, lifting/carrying up to 40lbs continually throughout the shift, moving heavy loads on dollies, etc.)
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Attention to detail
