Machine Operator

Our client in Whippany, NJ is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in the packaging industry. In this position, you will perform tasks in operations of production, packaging, and material handling equipment for purpose of slitting, packaging, and shipping films. Monday – Friday paying $20.00/hour.

Your Day:

• Operates slitting and packaging machine/equipment
• Ensures Correct data entry in CAT System
• Inspects and measures product to verify conformance to specifications
• Maintains quality records and batch files
• Operates Quality Equipment/tools needed to perform the necessary quality checks
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Identifies faulty equipment, products and processes

About You:

• GMP and Safety Rules and Regulations
• 2 years of College and/or Trade School preferred
• 2 to 3 years exp in a related field

Pay and Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• $20.00
