Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading company in beauty supplies, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Voorhees, NJ. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers and the internal sales team to process any orders, resolve any conflicts, and keep informed of any ongoing promotions. To be a great fit for his position, you must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritize workload with efficient time management. Monday to Friday paying $18.00/hour.

Your Day:

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to internal sales and external customers
• Responding to inquiries and orders sent via email
• Keeping up to date with ongoing promotions and sales
• Reviewing the literature for product knowledge to effectively relay information to customers
• Order entry taken over the phone and email.
• Resolve any discrepancies in a calm, professional manner

About You:

• High School diploma or GED
• One to three years of previous Customer Service experience
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work with computers, scanners, material handling equipment
• 3PL ordering system knowledge PLUS
• Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast past environment.

Pay and Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• $18.00
