Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Recruiter / Admin assistantto join our team in Oxnard, CA. In this role, you will identify and reach out to candidates, communicate with applicants in English, interview and/or assess candidates to ensure a good fit, and keep in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job placement process.

Responsibilities:
- Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events/social media sites, and referrals from other employees.
- Conduct phone screenings and/or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Briefly describe job role requirements to identify appropriate candidates.
- Review resumes and schedule interviews with potential hires
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $17.00
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
