Customer Service Representative

If so, apply now for this opportunity as a Customer Service Representative for a client, one of the largest providers of in-home residential delivery. You will be working Monday to Friday earning $17.00 an hour.

Your Day:

• Manages and coordinates all activity for route drivers and pick-up and delivery
• Analyzes and reports on operational activities
• Work directly with other departments to ensure excellent/positive communication
• Maintain proper staffing levels to meet and exceed customer and branch needs
• Manages and routes (delivery & pick-up, service of assets) for construction and special events. Install or deliver assets as needed
• Reviews all paperwork from drivers including P&D tickets, route sheets, pre/post trip etc. for completion and accuracy

Requirements and skills:

• 1-2 years of transportation exp.
• Good communication skills
• ability to multitask
• Able to type at least 35 WPM
• Outlook, MS, and Excel experience

Pay Rate and Shift:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• $17.00
