Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in rubber molding, is looking for a Machine Operator in Worcester, MA to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up equipment, loading materials, and operating machinery. This is a Monday-to-Friday position pay ranging from $16.25 to $16.75.

Your day may look like this:

• Configuring the equipment
• Loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.
• Reviewing all final products produced before releasing

Requirements and skills:

• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented
• English required
• Some manufacturing experience

Pay Rate and Shift:

• Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM ($17.00 /hr)
• 3rd Shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM ($17.50 /hr)
