Bilingual Recruiter
Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will identify and reach out to candidates, communicate with applicants in Spanish and English, interview and/or assess candidates to ensure a good fit, and keep in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job placement process.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events/social media sites, and referrals from other employees.
- Conduct phone screenings and/or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Briefly describe job role requirements to identify appropriate candidates.
- Review resumes and schedule interviews with potential hires
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Skills:
- Previous experience as a high-volume recruiter and experience as a bilingual recruiter preferred
- Written and verbal fluency in the required languages
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $45K to $50K /per yr
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
