Payroll Specialist

Our client, a premium quality apparel sourcing & manufacturer, is looking for a Payroll Specialist in Santa Ana, CA to join their team. In this role, you will be entering invoice data from orders processed. Monday – Friday paying $21.00 to $23.00/hour.

Your Day:

• Supporting the accounting team with vendor invoices for payment, matching the invoice, reviewing for correctness.
• Communicates with customers and vendors; interacts with all levels of employees, departments as needed to complete assignments.
• Process biweekly ADP payroll and maintain updated payroll records in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and distribute weekly time punch information to managers for department approval, make adjustments as needed to clock in time.
• Enter new hire and termination data into system.
• Issue timecard badges.
• Periodically, review/update the ADP, payroll and miscellaneous reports.

About You:

• Manufacturing payroll experience is required.
• Detailed oriented
• Must be able to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues
• Must demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, organized and multi-tasked is essential to your success
• Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
• Adaptable to easily learn program software used for accounting.

Pay Rate & Shift:

• $21.00 - $23.00
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00AM - 5:00 PM
