Recruiter

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Recruiter to join their team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will identify and reach out to candidates, communicate with applicants in English, interview and/or assess candidates to ensure a good fit, and keep in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job placement process.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events/social media sites, and referrals from other employees.
• Conduct phone screenings and/or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
• Briefly describe job role requirements to identify appropriate candidates.
• Review resumes and schedule interviews with potential hires
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Written and verbal fluency in English

• Strong organizational, administrative, customer service, and recruiting skills

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $40k /per yr
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
